The B list former synagogue building, built circa 1906, was stripped to its shell ready for the construction of 15 luxury flats. The contract was awarded to Helforn Ltd and work started in 2006 on this new build contract internally.

The traditional built construction is over three levels and the formation of a large basement area. With the B listing the external areas are constructed with sympathy to the existing building and the use of metal windows, smooth render, slating etc. The works comprise the main structure construction, roof replacement, dry lining, joiner work electrical works, plumber work, ventilation, decoration, carpeting and extensive external works, car perking, landscaping etc.

With 10 luxury flats for sale and 5 remaining in ownership by Arklet HA they consist of 1 & 2 bed flats, 3 bed maisonettes and 2 bed loft apartment with roof garden, all within a very sought after central area of Glasgow.
