SIKESIDE PHASE 4 & 6

CLIENT – NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL

With the successful completion of Phase 4 for the modernisation of the Sikeside region of Coatbridge, Helforn was awarded Phase 6 on open tender.

Work started on the Estate regeneration of 20 flatted properties in December 2006, the work included re-roofing, render, landscaping, fencing, IRS  installation, new build extension, door entry system and fabric repairs.

Works are been carried out on programme and within budget, the client and all involved have been very pleased with Phase 4 & 6 contracts.
