As part of the continual improvement to the Govan Area of Glasgow, Helforn was awarded 3 closes within Harley St, and work started March 2006.

The contract involved the complete rebuilding of the internal construction, external fabric repairs and formation of 34 new modern living flats.

The contract was completed 5 weeks early and within the contract budget.
