Started in October 2005 and completed in only 36 weeks Elizabeth Street set the bench mark for tenement refurbishment. The 2 close contract was awarded to Helforn through open tender and was carried out in a fast track method. Elizabeth Street has received plaudits from all involved in its construction and was finished 4 weeks ahead of programme.

The formation of new flatted dwellings within Govan, as part of the continual improvement of the area involved complete reconstruction internally with extensive repairs to the external fabric.
